Summerization is the process of fully reopening your pool for the season. This includes cover removal, priming all equipment, treating the water, inspecting components, and preparing the system for safe, clean swimming.

Our full-service package includes removing and fan-folding the cover, reconnecting and priming pumps, filters, heaters, and salt systems, performing startup chemical treatment, and a comprehensive visual equipment inspection. Any issues will be photo-documented and logged in our system.

We recommend opening between mid-April and early June, ideally before water temperatures reach 65°F. Opening earlier prevents algae and speeds up water clarity.

No — new customers are welcome. Whether you closed with another company or haven’t winterized at all, we’ll assess your setup and get your system safely running.

Nope. As long as you have a credit card on file and we have access to the pool area and a power source, you don’t need to be home. You’ll receive booking confirmation, two-day reminders, same-day arrival texts, and a completion text with notes and photos.

No, you need to pump off standing water and clear debris to avoid contaminating your pool water. We offer a cover service for an additional fee.

Yes — we reassemble and prime your filter, pump, chlorinator, heater, and all plumbing lines. We’ll alert you if anything is damaged or needs replacement.

Yes — our openings include chlorine/shock, algaecide, and balancing treatments to help stabilize your water. Depending on the condition of your pool, a follow-up may be recommended for complete balancing. Extra fees apply.

Not by default. For heavily soiled pools, we offer a Power Vac add-on — perfect if your pool is green, murky, or has leaves/worms at the bottom. Power Vac Service is performed on a follow-up visit.

Yes — if conditions permit (correct water level and safe temps), we’ll activate and test your heater. We’ll flag any issues that need attention. If the heater does not fire, you may need to call an outside service for repairs if needed.

That’s fine. We work on all systems, even if we didn’t winterize them. We’ll inspect everything during your opening and make expert recommendations if we notice damage or improper closing.

We check filter pressure and functionality, but deep filter cleans (disassembly and hose off) are scheduled as a separate service. Ask us about bundling them with your opening.

Most standard openings take 45 minutes to 2 hours. Heavily soiled or complex systems may require longer opening times. We’ll text you when your service is complete.
