SEASONAL SERVICE CONTRACT • Long Island, NY
Seasonal Pool Service Contract on Long Island
Empire Pools keeps your pool clear, balanced, and running right all season across Suffolk and Nassau —
spring start-up coordination, weekly or bi-weekly maintenance, chemistry management, equipment checks, and fall wrap-up.
Our techs log readings, label valves, and send photo updates so you’re never guessing.
What to Expect
Built for Long Island Weather
We set your visit cadence (weekly/bi-weekly), preferred day, and access notes, then align a checklist to your surface and system (salt, heater, features).
Each visit includes vacuum/brush/net, basket service, filter care as needed, full water testing, and adjustments to keep algae at bay through heat waves and storms.
At the pad we verify pressures, inspect for leaks, and confirm timers/automation; any issues are flagged with photos and clear options.
You’ll get a season plan, mid-season health check, and closing coordination so the hand-off to winter is smooth.
