June 21, 2025had such a great experience working with Rick at Empire Pools. From the start, he took the time to talk with me on the phone, walking me through what was going on with my pool and helping me understand what might be needed. I sent him photos, and he was super responsive and professional. He came out within a day, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything in a way that made sense. He quickly installed the new system and even fixed a problem with my liner that I didn’t know about, but could’ve become a big issue if he hadn’t caught it. Rick made sure I fully understood how to use the new system before he left. He was also really helpful afterward while I was getting the hang of things, answering my questions and staying in touch. A few days later, he came back with the extra parts and accessories I had requested and made sure everything was running perfectly. He clearly knows his stuff - my pool has never looked better! I'm so glad I found him, and it's great knowing he's just a phone call away if anything comes up. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for pool service.

Been using Empire Pools for past 3 years. They have always been great. Always on time, courteous and professional. Have always been honest and helpful when something unexpected arises. Would recommend them for pool openings, closing and weekly maintenance.

June 17, 2025The crew did a heroic job of keeping the filthy water still on the cover from getting into the pool. Found and repaired a cracked PVC connection. Overall an excellent job. I'm not sure, but I thought my crew leased was named Julio?

- Plugging of all open pipes at filter site
- Blowing out all lines
- Capping off all return lines and skimmer lines
- Removal of skimmer baskets, weirs and return jets
- Removal of auto-vac system (if equipped)
- Cleaning of grid assembly or cartridge

- Adding of winterization chemicals
- Covering the pool
