Just had my pool opened by Empire Pools. Carlos and another gentleman did the opening and did a great job. Going on my second season with Empire and I’m definitely very satisfied. They do my weekly maintenance as well and they do a great and are thorough. Pricing is fair and competitive. Nice to have a pool company that cares about what they do. Oh and the communication is top notch. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

had such a great experience working with Rick at Empire Pools. From the start, he took the time to talk with me on the phone, walking me through what was going on with my pool and helping me understand what might be needed. I sent him photos, and he was super responsive and professional. He came out within a day, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything in a way that made sense. He quickly installed the new system and even fixed a problem with my liner that I didn’t know about, but could’ve become a big issue if he hadn’t caught it. Rick made sure I fully understood how to use the new system before he left. He was also really helpful afterward while I was getting the hang of things, answering my questions and staying in touch. A few days later, he came back with the extra parts and accessories I had requested and made sure everything was running perfectly. He clearly knows his stuff - my pool has never looked better! I'm so glad I found him, and it's great knowing he's just a phone call away if anything comes up. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for pool service.

First time we have used Empire Pools to open and summarize our pool. We were very pleased with the service from scheduling, to the reminders, the texts to say they are on the way, to the pool being opened and running. We plan to continue to use them as our new pool service.

Everyone was very polite and respectful. They took everything out of the shed put everything together and running. Anything not needed was put neatly back in shed. Second year of using this company, still very pleased.
