The filter for my 16x32 wonderful Pool suddenly stopped working. I called Empire, and in less than 18 hours the red team came to my home, spent considerable time removing a jammed, plastic part, replaced the existing piping, and now the pool works better than ever. these three repair man box diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. I’m indebted to them because it’s so darn hot that the pool is used continuously. Thank you, Empire.

had such a great experience working with Rick at Empire Pools. From the start, he took the time to talk with me on the phone, walking me through what was going on with my pool and helping me understand what might be needed. I sent him photos, and he was super responsive and professional.

He came out within a day, diagnosed the issue right away, and explained everything in a way that made sense. He quickly installed the new system and even fixed a problem with my liner that I didn’t know about, but could’ve become a big issue if he hadn’t caught it.

Rick made sure I fully understood how to use the new system before he left. He was also really helpful afterward while I was getting the hang of things, answering my questions and staying in touch. A few days later, he came back with the extra parts and accessories I had requested and made sure everything was running perfectly.

He clearly knows his stuff - my pool has never looked better! I'm so glad I found him, and it's great knowing he's just a phone call away if anything comes up. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for pool service.

Just had my pool opened by Empire Pools. Carlos and another gentleman did the opening and did a great job. Going on my second season with Empire and I’m definitely very satisfied. They do my weekly maintenance as well and they do a great and are thorough. Pricing is fair and competitive. Nice to have a pool company that cares about what they do. Oh and the communication is top notch. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

My wife and I recently engaged Mark from Empire Pools to complete our dream build on a very challenging all stone block with limited access.
From the first meeting on site Mark’s experience and knowledge of building pools made the decision to go with Empire Pools easy. He has a no nonsense approach, listens clearly to what you want to achieve and makes sure everything is finished accordingly. Quotes are clear and accurate (4% variance on our build, this is unheard of in the pool business) and the finished product is perfection.
I can’t recommend Mark and his team highly enough. If you’re in the market for a quality custom concrete pool you won’t be disappointed!

What an awesome journey with an incredible company and trades! We had serval pool builders that wouldn’t even quote our backyard due to the difficulty with access and the rock terrain… also a couple that just weren’t on the same page. But thankfully we met Mark and straight away we knew he was going to make our dream come true! He was enthusiastic, full of ideas and realistic. He even managed to get the pool to our deck level which we didn’t think was possible. Everyone was very polite and respectful. They took everything out of the shed put everything together and running. Anything not needed was put neatly back in shed. Second year of using this company, still very pleased.

I've used Empire to open and close our IG pool the last couple of years and they provide excellent service. They are prompt and punctual and always notify you about arrival times. The techs are very professional and thorough when either closing or opening the pool.
