Steps for a successful spring start-up
1. Pool covers should be removed
Water should be drained off a solid cover.
Before storing the cover, clean it thoroughly and let it dry in the sun. If you don’t do this, you could end up transferring mold, mildew, and bacteria to the cover, which could damage your cover.
If your pool water contains debris, leaves, twigs, or sticks, remove them.
2. Fill your swimming pool with water
The water level of the skimmers needs to be raised to the middle.
3. The pool’s equipment needs to be checked
Drain and inlet the main drain and make sure they are open
